The Spice Mix contains handpicked spices to flavour any curry dishes to make them delicious. The spices included are Cinnamons, Cloves, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, Ginger and Ani Seed. You simply grind the spices together into a powdered texture, similar to curry powder to enhance aromatic and complex flavours.
