String Hoppers are made mainly using rice flour, pressed into strings (noodles) using a tool called Idiyappa Ural. These string hoppers are steamed and served mostly as breakfast or dinner paired with coconut sambol.
Instruction: Steam in hot water for 3 minutes, drain out the water, and let it cool for a few minutes.
