Garam Masala is a spice blend, layered in many flavours. Our Garam Masala includes Coriander, Chillies, Cinnamon, Cinnamon Leaves, Star Anise, Black Pepper, Cloves, Salt, Cumin, Dry Mango, Fennel, Cardamom, and Mace.

Garam Masala is usually added to the end of the curry to add seasoning and aroma. You can even sprinkle a little on top of the dish to add flavour.
